What working with us actually looks like

Website homepage layout showing WeGather service that connects event organizers with service providers. The main text reads 'Trouvez tous vos prestataires pour votre évènement.' There is a blue call-to-action button saying 'Commencez c'est gratuit!' Three overlapping photos depict event-related scenes: dining setup, person holding a bowl of strawberries, and a DJ setup. Below, three categories with images are labeled Animation, Décoration, and DJ, highlighting event services available. The design uses a white card layout on a blue gradient background.

WeGather

Event marketplace UX/UI
Learn more
WeGather was building a marketplace for event organisers and service providers. We designed both sides of the experience, from finding and comparing professionals to presenting and managing their services. Shared interface patterns keep the platform consistent while giving each audience a clear path through its different features.
Formuleo website homepage showing a tagline in French 'Le système qui épouse votre métier. Pas l'inverse.' with a subtext about the software's adaptability and quick setup, a blue button for booking a demo, and an operational dashboard preview displaying open files, pending quotes, collected revenue, activity graph, and tasks to handle.

Formuleo

Brand refresh and design system
Learn more
Formuleo’s software had plenty of capabilities, but the offer felt too technical for its audience. We made the website easier to follow and created a complete design system for their team. Reusable components give them a consistent way to add new pages as the service grows.

Every confusing interaction costs you a user. Good UX turns confusion into confidence. Good UI makes the next step impossible to miss. When everything feels simple and clear they stay, come back, and bring others. Simplicity is a growth strategy.

We build low and high fidelity prototypes and test them before any visual design work begins.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

Do you work on mobile apps as well as websites?

Yes. We design interfaces for websites, web platforms, mobile apps, and dashboards.

Can you improve an existing product or only design from the beginning?

Many of our projects start with an audit of what exists. We identify where users are dropping off, where the experience breaks down, and what needs to change. You don't always need a full redesign.

What is a design system and do I need one?

A design system is a library of components, patterns, and rules that keeps your product consistent as it grows. If your team is building new features regularly, a design system saves significant time and prevents the product from feeling inconsistent over time.

Are you a UX/UI design agency based in Paris?

Yes. Clustr Studio is a UX and UI design agency based in Paris, working with startups and product companies across France and Europe.

How much does a UX/UI project cost?

It depends on scope. A focused UX audit is different from a full product redesign. Book a free call and we'll give you a clear estimate within 48 hours.
